Starting price is just $270 per year! This price includes the itemized list of maintenance below, for both your indoor and outdoor units. The Genesio Company will check your system and test it to make sure it is ready when you need it and operates at maximum efficiency to keep your energy bills lower and save you money!
Spring Visit:
Refrigerant levels tested
Blower assembly checked and tested
All electrical connections and components tested
Filter cleaned or replaced
Condensate line and pump are checked
Coil is checked and cleaned (if accessible)
System ran through full cycle to ensure cooling system is fully functional for the Summer season
Air cleaners are checked and tested
Fall Visit:
Flame sensor checked and cleanedBurner cleaned
Thermocouple cleaned
Blower assembly checked and tested
All electrical connections and components tested
Filter cleaned or replaced
Condensate line and pump are checked
System ran through full cycle to ensure heating system is fully functional for the Winter season
Humidifiers and water panels are checked and set properly
Heater drain line is checked
All of this starting at just $270 per year! Contract pricing will vary depending on the number of systems in your home. The presence of air cleaners, purifiers, humidifiers, or other similar equipment may also cause the price to vary.
